Role Overview
Volley is seeking a high-energy, self-starting Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on identifying, contacting, and closing new leads across the racquet sports landscape. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, has a passion for racquet sports, and is motivated by high-volume outreach and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively prospect with team and connect with individual customers and facilities through email, phone, social, and in-person outreach
- High-Velocity Selling: Manage a fast-paced pipeline of leads from first contact to close with urgency and attention to detail
- Sales Process Execution: Conduct product demos, communicate value propositions clearly, and consistently hit conversion and revenue targets
- Customer Insight & Feedback: Gather and relay market feedback to help evolve our messaging and product positioning
This role is ideal for a creative, tenacious, “make it happen” salesperson who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact
Key Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, inside sales, or business development, ideally in a high-touch, high-volume environment
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead conversion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable conducting virtual and in-person demos
- Familiarity with or experience in racquet sports (e.g., tennis, pickleball, padel, platform tennis) is highly preferred
- Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a startup setting
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
