Club Volo Maintenance Manager

MISSION: To maintain a clean, safe and esthetically pleasing venue while protecting corporate

assets.

Maintenance duties are divided into four categories: daily, weekly, monthly and periodic. Each

checklist can be found online. Each item on the checklist must be initialed once completed and

the form must be dated and signed before submission. In addition, notes for any problems/issues

should be included prior to submission. In most cases, the order in which the duties appear are

based on priority and should be followed unless otherwise noted.

Daily Maintenance Checklist

• Check “Facility Use Calendar” and any associated notes to assess facility needs for the
  
  

day (i.e. pickle ball, volleyball, cornhole, soccer, flag football, kickball, social,

umbrella’s, etc.). Pull out of athletic storage all relevant equipment needs for the day.

• Perimeter Check (Take grabber and bucket)
• Walk the entire facility perimeter picking up equipment, trash and noting any violations of perimeter security (fencing, locks).
• Make note of equipment, excessive trash or security violations
• Interior Check (Take grabber and bucket)
• Walk the entire interior facility picking up trash and equipment
• Note missing or damage to athletic and social areas including
• Playing surfaces
• Court amenities
• Furniture
• Umbrellas
• Fencing
• Coverings (i.e. sails, cabana)
• Check lights making sure they were in off position, turn on
• Check water making sure it was turned off, turn on
• Security Check
• Containers
• Gates
• Electric Boxes
• Generator Box
• Trash Can Check
• Note trash cans not emptied
• Empty full trash cans (1/2 full is full) and replace liners
• Align Social and Athletic areas.
• Neatly organize and align furniture and picnic tables
• Open umbrella’s when needed
• Clean furniture if needed
• Make sure all banners are attached
• Neatly, accurately and tightly align netting on pickleball courts
• Neatly, accurately and tightly align netting and boundary markers on volleyball courts
• Neatly and accurately set goals for soccer (if needed) put away if not
• Blow remaining sand/debris/water off pickle ball courts
• Blow remaining sand/debris/water off social areas and walkways
• Inspect bathrooms
• Empty trash and replace trash bags
• Inspect and replenish bathroom tissue, soap and paper towels
• Sweep floor and pick-up trash
• Clean any areas excessively dirty
• Note any damage
• Entrance container
• Make sure trash cans are emptied
• Make sure there are two chairs
  

Weekly Maintenance Checklist

• Groom volleyball courts
• Edge sidewalk in front of venue
• Blow debris from sidewalk and all outside hard surfaces (i.e. drive, curbs)
• Clean bathrooms
• Toilets
• Mirrors
• Sweep and mop floors
• Walls
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Tissue
• Soap
• Paper towels
• List maintenance supply needs
• List maintenance tool/equipment needs
  

Monthly Maintenance Checklist

• Power wash / clean all furniture
• Apply weed killer on all playing areas, drives, social areas (2 times per month)
• Check supply (needs to be at least 10) of forms inside entrance pod
• Check-in procedures
• Closing procedures checklist
