Job Description:
As an Interior Designer specializing in kitchen and bath design, you will be responsible for designing innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing residential spaces. You will work closely with clients, sales, estimating and design teams to create beautiful interiors. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and hands-on experience in kitchen and bath design, with a strong focus on both form and function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design for high-end residential projects, from conceptual design through to final installation.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and design preferences..
- Develop original design concepts, including floor plans, cabinetry, layout optimization, material selection, and color palettes.
- Produce 2D and 3D renderings for presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients.
- Work closely with the Project Consultant, Estimator and Project Management teams to ensure designs are executed as planned, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
- 3 -5 years of experience in Residential Interior Design
- 3-5 years of experience in Kitchen and Bathroom design.
- Proficient in Chief Architect or other related design software is essential.
- Knowledge of 20-20 Software a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
