Overview:
We are looking for active, dedicated, and experienced solar sales professionals to take their sales skills and knowledge of solar to the next level with all our tools and resources we provide to make you as competitive as possible! As a Volt Home solar consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers, helping clients understand the benefits of renewable energy, the downsides to staying with utility companies, and making the solar process as seamless and smooth as possible!
Duties:
- Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing any client questions, resolving client concerns about the process, and informing the client on all steps that will be taken from point A to Z for their solar process, even after the sale.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure a seamless process from sales to installation on the backend.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and be aware of possible competition in working areas.
Experience:
-Proven track record in solar sales, preferably already from the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
-Experience with door-to-door sales, lead generation, outreach, and networking with strong and engaging communication.
