Volt is immediately hiring for Batch Maker Manager for a company located in Huntington Beach, CA.
As a Batch Maker Manager you will :
- Organize production using pink sheets and batch sheets.
- Verify batch components, including fragrances and wax weight.
- Supervise and guide batch-making assistants.
- Measure, mix, and manage ingredient distribution while maintaining accurate production records.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning.
- Resolve production issues, and communicate shortages or concerns.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure all team members follow the correct PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day.
The ideal candidate will have :
Sc hedule : Monday through Friday 1 : 00 PM to 9 : 30PM
Pay Rate : $24 to $26 per hour
