As an Accountant I, you will :
- You will serve and support the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Machine Inventory, Reconcile Machine GL, Submit Machines to FA, File UCC
- Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries.
- Review and track all Misc. Invoice submissions :
- Manage machine contracts
- Assist with Avetta compliance
- Assist with Service Scheduling
T his is a Full-Time opportunity.
Schedule :
8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
The ideal candidate will have :
Pay Rate : $ 25- $28 / Hourly
