As Plant Administrator, you will be.
Job Description :
You will be Responsible for :
- Being the “Face of Client” responsible for granting access to a secured manufacturing plant, greeting guests, facilitating the visitor sign in program, and connecting them with their contact.
- Working with the plant Safety Manager to maintain and organize PPE and safety supplies at the front desk and provide visitors and contractors with the appropriate equipment.
- Administering Visitor / Contactor Safety Training.
- Managing the security badge system – issuing new / replacement badges and / or granting access to the plant for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Answering phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate person / department.
- Assisting HR and other departments with administrative duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, laminating, and hole punching documents, labeling file folders, checking / sorting incoming mail / deliveries and preparing outgoing mail / deliveries, and other special projects (as assigned).
- Maintaining and tracking employee lockers and uniform support.
- Auditing Office Supply Inventory.
Coffee Supply Management – including orders and stocking.
