Volt is hiring an Invoicing Clerk for a local organization in Albuquerque, NM
As an Invoicing Clerk you will :
- Review and calculate pricing for work order to be invoice as per time and materials, quoted or contracted amounts
- Enter invoices in SAGE
- Print, mail and / or email invoices
- Setup / Update customer accounts
- Calculate bills for Service Techs over the phone
- Process Credit Card payments
- General office duties including attending to customers on the phone and in person, filing, data entry etc.
Invoicing Clerk candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration :
This is a Full time long term position.
The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay for this position is $21-$25 per hour DOE.
