Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Torrance, CA.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will :
- Process full-cycle A / P invoices and expense reports.
- Match, batch, code, and enter invoices into the system.
- Prepare and cut A / P checks weekly and on the 1st of the month.
- Investigate and resolve A / P issues with the receiving department and vendors.
- Identify and address invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare A / P accruals and assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis in Excel as needed.
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
The ideal candidate will have mandatory skills :
Pay Rate : $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
