Volt is immediately hiring for AP / AR Billing Associate in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
As a n AP / AR Billing Associate you will :
- Open incoming mail daily and check for documentation
- Sort bills and divide according to system and alphabetize
- Scrub bills and notes according to system requirements
- Upload and index into system for offshore processing
- Fold and mail outgoing clinic payment checks as needed
- Mail outgoing invoices to carriers as needed
- Complete special projects assigned by management
- Request missing documentation from clinics
- Scan and index invoices
- Provider payment inquiry support.
- Print bills and notes from SMP that belong in legacy systems
This is a full-time opportunity.
Pay Rate : $ 15-18 per hour
