Volt takes great care of our great hires As an Accounting Specialist you will : Process vendor invoices, payments (check runs), accounts payable, accounts received and procurement functions. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Ensure accurate financial records, timely payments and efficient purchasing processes to support business operations. Reconcile accounts, handle vendors and customer inquiries. Manage collections and payment schedules. Create and manage PO’s, maintain vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery of supplies and materials Other task as assigned. 1st Shift | Monday - Friday 10AM-3PM with possibility of working Full Time Pay rate : $26.00 - $29.00 / hr.
