Volt is immediately hiring a CNC Set Up Operator in Sun Valley, Ca! Volt takes great care of our great hires! As a CNC Set Up Operator you will : Must be able to read and understand mechanical blueprints.
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines.Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with the assembly line team to integrate components into final products.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process, making adjustments as necessary.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions.Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity. Pay Rate : $25-30hr The ideal candidate will have : Min 3 years setting up horizontal and vertical CNC machines- Fanuc controls, Mill and / or LatheStrong knowledge of Shop Skills and shop environment.
Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision and follow up.Must be team oriented.Must have good communication skills.
Lean Manufacturing skills a plus.Knowledge and use of shop floor inspection tools.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
