Customer Service Representative (CSR) – SQF Certified Warehouse
Position Overview :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, warehouse operations, and logistics teams. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Support & Order Processing :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and service requests.
- Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide timely updates to customers on order status, inventory availability, and shipment tracking.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.

Pay : $22 per hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
