As a Food Service Specialist, you will : 3 years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support rolesSelf-motivated and takes the initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPrevious work experience in a high-volume output environmentPrevious work experience in team settingsEffective interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsEffective time management skillsEffective understanding of food safety and sanitation practicesBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook primarily)This is a full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity. Hours : 4pm - 1am The ideal candidate will have : Exercise strong customer service and communication skillsAssist with catering / event requestsAssist in the organization and cleanliness of dining, work and storage areasAdhere to proper safety guidelinesAdhere to proper food safety practicesInteract in a professional manner with supervisors and co-workersCompletes opening and closing listsWorks with urgency to complete tasksSupport proper product rotation and storage according to food safety requirements, including deliveryFollow stocking routes, track inventory, and receive and distribute product around the site as instructed by leadershipSupport maintenance and upkeep of all equipment within food service areas including but not limited to beverage stations, coolers and hot
