As a Lead Maintenance Technician at VOLT, your primary focus will be on maintaining and optimizing our production equipment and facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Performing shutdowns, startups, and equipment cleaning to maintain efficiency and reliability.
- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Assisting in root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing documentation.
- Training maintenance technicians on essential duties and tasks.
- Planning, executing, and overseeing maintenance tasks and projects.
- Managing inventory with the inventory coordinator to ensure parts availability.
- Coordinating with third-party vendors for repairs and special projects.
- Assigning tasks and providing feedback to team members.
- Documenting and communicating detailed shift pass-downs.
- Addressing safety hazards and enforcing corrective actions.
