Quality Auditor

Volt is hiring Quality Auditors for a leading manufacturing company in West Columbia, SC.

General Purpose :

Audits processes and products (post-production) to ensure company’s requirements and specifications are met.

As a Quality Auditor, you will :

• Ensure accurate data collection.
• Conducts internal audits following regulatory, industry and internal quality guidelines including ISO.
• Conducts process audits and follow up closure of open audits.
• Helps department in the root cause analysis and corrective actions of audits findings, tracking to
• resolution.
• Initiates product / process improvements.
• Helps filing of audits and maintenance of records.
• Monitors and report metrics to meet business needs.
• Prepares reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow up and analyzes rejects / defects
• for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.
• Provides immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.
• May be required to facilitate Quality Alert meetings.
• May provide process training

Quality Auditor candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in Quality Control
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
• Experience with measuring tools, color coding, schematics and electronic assembly.

Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour - Shift : Monday - Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
