Volt is immediately hiring for an RF Test Technician in Richardson, Texas

This is a Direct hire position with a strong and growing semiconductor company.
Shift hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
As an RF Test Technician you will :
RF tester setup, calibrations, and troubleshooting certain equipment.
Test handler setup, maintenance, repairs.
Need to work cross functionally with R&M, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure appropriate and timely support of processes & testing equipment
Sustain test operations within the package assembly facility.
This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have :
Associate degree preferred (engineering or electronics related), equivalent military experience or equivalent industry experience needed.
Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor test is desired.
Strong understanding of production test – RF testing equipment experience & knowledge. (Radio Frequency Automated Test Equipment [ATE])
Position will demand large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environment
Some lifting and standing will be required.
Strong problem solving skills, and hands on ability are critical to this position.
Salary : $30.00 – 32.45 / hour
