Garrett’s Family Market is searching for a dynamic Learning and Development Manager who has experience supporting employees' training, development, and leadership journeys in the retail or quick-serve space. This is a key leadership position that will directly report to executive leadership and work closely with the management team.

What will you do?

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for creating and executing our organizational learning strategy; managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs; and for the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that foster the professional development and continuous learning of staff, supervisors, and emerging leaders.

Qualified Candidates for this position have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning &
Development, or equivalent experience required. 
2. 4-6 Years in Training or Learning & Development role, preferably in a Retail or Quick Serve
environment.
3. 1-3 years’ experience in managing trainers, instructional designers and/or learning managers.
4. Demonstrated success in designing learning curriculum and strategy.
5. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
6. Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs and strategies.
7. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems.

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
