We are seeking a dedicated and skilled TLPN (Team Leader, Patient Nurse) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff in providing exceptional patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies, address concerns, and promote teamwork.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
