Duties

- Assist with specimen collection processing and maintain accurate patient records.
- Support patients with daily activities and personal care needs, focusing on their comfort and dignity.
- Implement infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in occupational health assessments and provide critical care support as needed.
- Perform IV insertion and other technical procedures within the scope of practice.
- Engage in senior care initiatives, addressing the unique needs of elderly patients.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and wellness strategies.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in patient care settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of nursing practices.
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and critical care protocols.
- Knowledge of infection control practices to ensure patient safety.
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in patient conditions.
- Experience with specimen collection processing techniques.
- Ability to perform IV insertion competently.
- Background in ophthalmology is a plus but not required.
- A valid LPN license is mandatory, along with any necessary certifications relevant to the position.
