Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to implement, support, and optimize SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, configuring business processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
Analyze business processes related to financial accounting and controlling, providing recommendations for improvements.
Manage SAP FICO master data, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), asset accounting (AA), and cost center accounting (CCA).
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
Handle integration between SAP FICO and other SAP / non-SAP systems.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system stability and accuracy.
Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP FICO processes.
Support business users by troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues.
Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Taxation) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA).
Experience in SAP S / 4HANA Finance is a plus.
Understanding of financial reporting, IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting standards.
Knowledge of SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, and other modules.
Experience with SAP Fiori, ABAP Debugging, and SAP BTP (optional but preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills :
SAP Certification in FICO or S / 4HANA Finance.
Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Knowledge of taxation and compliance regulations.
Hands-on experience with FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
Proficiency in reporting tools like SAP BW, BPC, or SAC.
