What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and direction across all operational aspects of Behavioral Health & Reentry programs
- Drive strategic planning, program development, and long-term goals
- Oversee contract compliance, fiscal management, and policy implementation
- Evaluate programs and client services to ensure effectiveness and innovation
- Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and team development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, service providers, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders
- Support legislative awareness and advocacy efforts in collaboration with leadership
- Conduct off-hour site visits, maintain compliance standards, and improve operational performance
- Collaborate with the Program Director on budgeting, planning, and organizational alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in a human service field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years senior-level supervisory/administrative experience
- Proven expertise in budget management, community relations, and staff leadership
- Strategic thinking with the ability to assess and improve systems and services
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard data/reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet VOA driving standards
