You’ll be a dependable force in the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance, comfort, and care for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the facility, including common areas, bathrooms, and client rooms
- Perform regular safety rounds, fire drills, and inspections
- Monitor client routines, sign-in/out procedures, curfews, and meal distribution
- Support client orientation, medication documentation, and appointment scheduling
- Document client activity, facility issues, and critical incidents
- Conduct contraband checks and random drug/alcohol screenings as needed
- Collaborate with case managers and contribute to program support and reporting
- Uphold ACA standards and ensure documentation aligns with quality assurance protocols
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months experience as a program assistant; human services background preferred
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with a diverse client population
- Willingness to complete ACA training and follow correctional procedures
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driver standards
