Shift Details: Full-time – 40 hours/week
Compensation: $50,000-54,000 annual salary

About the job:
The primary responsibility of the role is assisting the program through securing and supporting incoming floor staff and clients. Additional functions include, but are not necessarily limited to, programmatic data management, operating as a DHS liaison, and floor coverage.
Essentials:
- Hiring management for floor staff
- Managing job postings.
- Interviewing and screening applicants.
- Orienting floor staff to their position.
- Performing reference and background checks. Following up on the interview process status.
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices in conjunction with VOA Corporate HR partners. Assisting with the initial set up of the new employee’s HR file for onsite use.
- Intake coordination
- Coordinating with the Referral Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Manager to review and identify referrals.
- Sending out pre-intake paperwork for client admission.
- Setting up intake meetings.
- Managing relevant paperwork for intakes.
- Facilitating a portion of the intake meeting.
- DHS & CARF Liaison
- Maintaining expertise knowledge on DHS compliance and 2960 licensing.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to DHS compliance and 2960 licensing.
- Preparing files in anticipation of DHS interviews and/or investigations.
- Remain current on all contract requirements, accreditation and licensing standards and provide direction and support to facility staff on interpretation and expectations of the same in partnership with the Program Director and Program Manager.
- Provide liaison services and coordinate activities/audits during accreditation and licensing reviews.
- Data and Resource Management
- Tracks completion of required trainings for all staff.
- Coordinate youth funds.
- Coordinate information flow regarding activity planning, activity budgets, and activity schedules.
- Track data regarding documented events, outcomes, and measures identified by Program Director and/or leaders.
- Manage CLICKS data.
- Manage quarterly and annual reports on program.
- Floor Support and staffing:
- Participate in staff trainings and coaching.
- Complete one Late Night a week which counts towards the 40-hour work week.
- Participation in On-call rotation.

Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- A current and valid Driver’s License with minimal violations on record
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required with a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible residential experience preferred.
- Familiarity with licensure rules, 1-2 years’ experience in Utilization Review, Quality Improvement/Assurance or Total Quality Management preferred.
