- The Case Manager in the role of Independent Living Coach assists the participants to meet program and operational objectives, determine services and housing eligibility needs base on Treatment/Life Plan implementation.
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in human services and 1 years’ experience working with adult population or Master's Degree and 1 year.
- Organizational skills and ability to develop Treatment/Life Plans that are easily followed, measurable and attainable.
- Possess initiative and the ability to work effectively without close daily supervision.

Hourly rate of pay $19.78 to $20.77 based on level of education.
