The Intake Coordinator is responsible for reviewing all referral packets to determine acceptance or denial into the program. Schedules arrivals, including transportation for clients, and completes initial intake paperwork pursuant to the requirements of the program.

Applicants must have a High school diploma (in combination with applicable experience); an Associate’s degree in therapeutic recreation or another subject related to health care –OR- Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation or recreation with a concentration in therapeutic recreation is preferred.
