The Nurse Manager for the Intake Unit is responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of the Intake Unit, ensuring clients receive compassionate, trauma-informed care as they begin their recovery journey. This position leads the Intake Unit team, oversees day-to-day operations, manages staffing, and creates a culture of radical hospitality and continuous improvement. The Nurse Manager is a key leader in ensuring that the Intake Unit meets organizational goals for client care, staff development, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or Ohio depending on location designation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Certification in addiction medicine or related field preferred.
- Experience working in an intake or triage unit preferred.
- Familiarity with radical hospitality and client-centered care models preferred.
