The Senior Director of Behavioral Health Operations holds administrative responsibility for all level 3.5 programs in Ohio and Indiana. In collaboration with the Vice President of Behavioral Health - Indiana and the program directors, the Senior Director oversees program operations, including program development and enhancement, quality improvement initiatives, staff management, asset management, and budgeting. They ensure that program activities align with the organization’s strategic plan, meet funding source requirements, and consistently uphold accreditation standards.

Applicants must have a minimum of master’s degree in a social service, or other relevant degree.
