The Grants Coordinator ($21.57 - $28.56 hourly) supports Volunteers of America Oregon's Development Team, providing support for the agency’s grants process, including grant development, research, and contributing to the support of post-award requirements. This role collaborates with development, program, and financial team members to assist in the research, writing, and submission of grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding priorities and organizational needs. The Grants Coordinator also helps maintain accurate grant records, track deadlines, and assists with reporting requirements to support compliance with funder expectations. Additionally, this position supports funder stewardship activities, such as preparing for site visits, tracking funder communications, and providing administrative support to the grants team.
