Position: Regional Director
Reports to: Vice- President of Alabama Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary: $60K-$80K
Function: The Director of Regional Services is responsible for the overall operation of Support Services Division in their respective region. It is their responsibility to ensure that people receive quality support services based upon their personal preference and needs.
Know How: The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of leadership experience; Master’s degree preferred. This position requires demonstrated ability in program planning, administration, evaluation, communication, financial management, and personnel management.
The Director of Regional Services will take a leadership role to ensure realization of personal outcomes and challenge the system to be person driven.
Principal Activities:
- Assist the Vice-President or CEO in the development of organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
- Manage programs to operate within the organization’s goals, policies and procedures, strategic plan, and overall mission.
- Supervise Support staff.
- Ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage programs in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Maintain effective relationships with all funding sources and outside agencies.
- Develop and operate within an approved budget.

Language skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribe style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.
