About the job :
VOAMN Senior Nutrition Program is hiring a part-time Cook to prepare and serve meals to program participants, senior adults aged 60 and over, and maintain sanitary and orderly food service areas.
Essentials :
- Follow prescribed procedures for preparing program defined meals, completing meal set up as defined by the program, serving and / or delivering meals to participants as defined by the program.
- Inventory food, temp food, per safe food handling standards.
- Ensure all food service areas, storage, supply areas and utensils are sanitary and orderly.
- Maintain reservations and temperature logs
