What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services/Front Desk position at Volusia Flagler Family YMCA?
The Port Orange Family YMCA is looking for an outgoing, friendly individual for our Member Services Staff. Applicant must have positive relationship building skills, provide excellent customer service and be a positive role model and communicator.
Job specific functions are:
Greet members with exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, answering questions and providing accurate membership and program information.
Provide and track tours of the facilities and programs. Promote, sell and accept membership and registration documents.
Collect, document and reconcile money collected during shift.
Respond to customer complaints and work toward a mutually satisfying solution.
Help ensure that the Member Services area and lobby are presentable and safe at all times.
Model and encourage the development and practice of the Y character values (Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility)
Prerequisites:
Minimum age 18
HS/Equivalent
Compensation:
$12 per hour
Drug and background screening are required.
