What is the Job?
We are seeking to add a CNC Machine Operator to our team in our Lexington Production Plant. This role you will be responsible for operating CNC machining centers, loading/unloading of parts, installing thread inserts, and performing quality checks per work instructions.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:
Assist in changeover of machine or cell and in the performance of routine preventative maintenance.
Verify quality of parts by using gauges, calipers, etc.

We are looking for a resourceful and responsible individual that has knowledge and ability to operate the CNC machines. The candidate we’re looking for should be keen on teamwork and time management.
In addition, excellent communication and math skills are necessary as is the need for fluency in speaking and writing English to communicate successfully with internal stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Education & Experience:
This position requires the following:
High school graduate or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
