Job Summary
This position’s key responsibilities include a broad-based list of duties, focused mainly on the company smaller manufacturing facilities accounting requirements. This position reports to our Controller.
What You’ll Do…
- Serve as key accounting staff member, working alongside corporate accounting team members in ensuring accurate and consistent results reported for assigned locations on day-to-day operational needs. Specific areas of responsibility :
Inventory reporting – All Raw Material and Finished goods inventory records in systems are maintained and accurate for month end
Provide guidance to site staff for resolution on problem
Work with order entry teams to ensure all jobs opened are closed timely, and proper revenue is recorded, utilizing corporate Invoicing team members
Ensure all job cost transactions (Both time and materials) are posted before preparing month end tasks.
Ensure all affiliate / intercompany AR and AP items are cleared timely, and work with affected locations where open items remain.
