- As a B2B Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction to promote long term partnerships
- Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing sales efforts. You will help ensure that clients receive timely product information, pricing details, and the necessary resources to make purchasing decisions

- Attend daily B2B Customer Service Representative meetings to ensure that customer facing materials and communications are aligned with client needs
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A background in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
