Von Tobel is seeking to fill an administrative office position for our Lafayette, IN store location. This position provides support to the corporate office and sales staff. Successful applicants will show the ability to be reliable, accurate and organized.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Inventory receiving
· Data entry & reporting
· Document management & filing
· Daily register reconciliation
· Support sales staff
· Answering incoming calls, as well as other administrative related tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to work on a deadline
· Attention to detail
· Proficient in MS Office, mainly Word and Excel
· Able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
