Purpose: At VONA, we believe in the power of purpose and passion in everything we do. Our Administrator will play a pivotal role, responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks and coordination.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Office Management: Oversee (Assist with) office operations, including ordering supplies, Ensure the office environment is organized, tidy and welcoming.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and files. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to various departments as needed. Complete general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Special Projects: Contribute to adhoc projects as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is essential. Experience in office management or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
Working Conditions:
