Industrial Lead- 3rd Shift

This person acts as a liaison between clients and managers when the manager is not present.  This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities :

• Daily communication with Supervisor in setting priority for PDI and Wash Operations team
• Communication with sequential pack operator when material is available for pack
• Reporting of quality issue found while material is being inspected
• Working with CAT quality team in updating process when changes and / or issues occur
• Logistics requirements including inventory accuracy. Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail (Safe handling of material to prevent nicks / dings of finished goods material)
• Following FIFO (1st in 1st out)
• Ability to prioritize inventory need and communicate to team
• Conduct hiring interviews as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements :

Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license and clean MVR

High school diploma or GED

Stand and walk for long periods of time
