What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Clerk/Inventory Control position at Vonalas?
Position Overview: To assist with the day-to-day operations of shipping and receiving, maintain inventory control, and organization of equipment and supplies.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory and equipment
- Assist with equipment loading and unloading into cable trucks
- Ensure accurate shipping and receiving of orders
- Print and scan bar-codes
- Support the business needs of the office and field force
Requirements:
This position requires being able to operate machines/equipment such as: forklifts, and pallet jacks.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work standing for extended amounts of time. Also, must also be able to work while sitting at a desk. Lifting up to 80lbs is needed at times.
This position requires someone with a positive attitude who can work well with other members of the department as a supportive team. Must be able to multi-task several responsibilities and have efficient time management skills.
