Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
Research and identify new leads, sharing insights with sales executives to drive business opportunities.
Maintain and update the lead generation database (CRM) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct in-depth customer and market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
Bid & Proposal Coordination
Assist in the preparation of compelling, well-structured proposals.
Analyze bid requirements to ensure full compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Review and refine bid submissions for accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for successful bid submissions.
Maintain a centralized repository of past bid responses to streamline future submissions.
Tracking & Reporting
Track, monitor, and report on bid statuses, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Provide insights on bid success rates and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling proposals.
Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct detailed market and customer research.
CRM Proficiency: Experience managing databases and using CRM tools for lead tracking.
Project Management: Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with the DODGE commercial platform is a plus.
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of prior experience in lead generation, bid management, or a similar role.
