Voss Collision Centre is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position involves managing daily accounting tasks, including posting payments, invoicing, handling deposits, and preparing payroll information. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Word, Excel, and payroll software, with a preference for experience with Reynolds and Reynolds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post checks to the appropriate accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered parts, labor, and additional charges related to body shop repairs.
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy before invoicing.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
- Process and send daily deposits to the accounting office.
- Invoice all repair orders and insurance forms in a timely manner.
- Assist in ensuring that the body shop's financial records and documentation meet company and industry standards.
- Work closely with the Body Shop Manager, CSRs, and other team members to ensure accurate billing and timely payment.
- Input final billing information into the Reynolds and Reynolds system on a daily basis.
- Prepare payroll information on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and payroll software is required.
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidate must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
