Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with expertise in the Adobe Stack to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining AEM-based web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Customize and extend AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services.
Integrate third-party services and APIs with AEM.
Optimize AEM performance, caching strategies, and content delivery.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.
Implement best practices in AEM development, including security, scalability, and reusability.
Stay updated with latest Adobe Experience Cloud trends and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience in AEM development.
Hands-on expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Workflows.
Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
Experience in Adobe Cloud Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AEM certification is a plus.
Experience in headless CMS implementations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
