Profile Summary:
The Business Analyst within the Capacity Management Team is responsible for ensuring that there is adequate technology capacity to meet funded work and for ensuring that Senior Technology Management is correctly advised on the current state of resource capacity and demand, and to ensure that use of existing capacity is optimized. The individual will follow established processes and has the responsibility to assist Technology Managers to successfully manage their resource data in a manner that shows the actual capacity/demand state. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring an accurate technology software inventory, tracking timing for renewals, and communicating with all interested parties when processing renewals or paying software vendor invoices. Finally, they will work to ensure the accuracy of systems data related to contractor resources in support of paying vendor invoices correctly.
The Contributions You’ll Make:
- Review submitted software and contractor invoices for accuracy.
- Assist in the process of resource invoice payment.
- Track all vendor software within the applicable technology department.
- Work with technology and business vendor software owner to approve renewals and accurate payment processing.
- Work with technology resource managers to ensure accurate forecasting, work estimation and timesheet submission.
- Monitor spend to budget in various project budgets and alert management when projects will not meet plan.
- Provide periodic updates on work status to technology management.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- 4yrs experience in a general financial analysis or capacity management role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. The individual will work with many levels of technology and business leadership.
- Demonstrated strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to create and manage financial metrics.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to adhere strictly to established processes and offer recommendations for improvement of these processes.
- Ability to work with different delivery teams to track the program status and reporting.
- BA in technology or financial area of concentration, or equivalent experience
Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$97,160 - $152,880 USD
