This is an exempt position based at our Mason, OH location, and will report directly to the Director of Capital Projects.

About The Role

• This is a 6-month contract position.
• As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful design, planning, contracting, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new food production equipment and processes. You will work closely with engineering teams, vendors, and production staff to ensure that all equipment is set up efficiently, operates smoothly, and meets the required standards. Your technical expertise and hands-on experience will be vital in optimizing equipment performance and ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies into our production lines.

Compensation

United States-based roles only : The annual salary for this role is between $72,250-$97,750 plus immediate participation in our benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of Voyage Foods and receive an equity grant as part of their total package. At Voyage Foods, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
