Responsibilities:
- Leads and guides the day-to-day activities for Production, Facility maintenance and safety on site at the designated Facility.
- Responsible for maintaining production schedule and attaining effective resource utilization. Coordinates planning with production control personnel.
- Oversee operations to ensure Safety Quality and Delivery of product on time and at target costs.
- Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable the manufacturing team to meet and exceed business plan.
- Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Manufacturing. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds employees accountable for their performance.
- Maintains quality compliance for products and other regulatory requirements relative to quality policy and standards.
- Plans staffing requirements for assigned areas of responsibility, provides training and development for personnel, personnel administration (dealing with employee relations, approving timecards, working with Human resources on personnel related matters), and develops team environment structures to support operations.
- Develops and implements procedures to control processes and product quality, plans capacity to meet demands.
- Identifies major cost drivers within the operation and works to minimize waste.
- Work with the management team for full review and execution of critical action items related to processing improvements and product output.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing or Equivalent
- 3 years PCBA production management experience.
- In depth knowledge of the process and technical aspects required for PCB Assembly manufacturing.
- Proficient in identifying gaps in production and creating solutions to resolve them.
- Experience with creating and leading a team, with the ability to positively motivate personnel
- Working knowledge of CI techniques such as 5s, Visual Management, Kaizen, Gemba and develops and works to operational KPIs for Safety, Productivity, First Pass Yield, Plant Availability, OEE and any other relevant measures
