CPO Job Description
Overview:
Join our team as a CPO and play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing pool cleaning and maintenance equipment. We want to hear from you if you are CPO certified, have strong mechanical knowledge, have experience with hand and power tools, and have a passion for optimally ensuring equipment functions, with high customer service standards and an Aquatic Fitness Intruction Certification!
Duties:
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in pool cleaning and maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling equipment
Experience:
- CPO Certified is a must
- AEA Aquatic Fitness Professional Certification preferably.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment repair techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with pool cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
- CPO Certified
- Hands-on experience with maintaining and repairing equipment

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
