Voyant Beauty is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead Human Resources, Project Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. The Director of HR will be focused on building talent through acquisition and talent management. This role will actively collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure teams are engaged and high performing. The Director of HR will oversee the strategy and delivery of an exceptional candidate and employee experience; one that develops and retains the best talent and creates a culture of inclusivity and transformation. The bar is set high at Voyant Beauty.                Responsibilities ·         Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retentionThe HR Director will report directly to CHRO with high interaction to the Voyant Beauty leadership.The Director will be a strong people manager that coaches, mentors and recognizes accomplishments of the team. This individual is passionate about building strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and creating processes that will help us continue to scale for the future.The Director of Human Resources will collaborate with all Voyant Beauty to help drive and execute best in class HR.The team is looking for a problem solver who possesses excellent communication skills, business acumen, analytical and the ability to function in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.The Director will help to oversee Voyant Beauty's people strategies which include resource staffing, performance management, hiring, cultural initiatives, year-end performance reviews, and compensation planning cycle. This individual will play a critical role in innovating Voyant Beauty’s culture in the everchanging marketplace and be required to continuously assess and understand business priorities to determine how the team can best support Voyant Beauty.They are required to support their team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working as needed to help drive change.Build out KPI’s and HR Processes.Implement Process and manage projects.Analyze and leverage employee data, including turnover, employee engagement and exitinterviews, to drive action plans to foster an environment that leverages diversity and builds best practices for collaboration.       Own the employee experience and serve as an advocate for all team members, including the collecting, analyzing, and sharing metrics to keep the "pulse" of the current culture and team member satisfaction. Own initiatives to continually improve culture and satisfaction metrics.Continue to evolve Voyant Beauty’s talent development processes including organizational core competencies, goal setting, performance metrics, coaching, and performance evaluations.Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.      Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.        Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.         Strong supervisory and leadership skills.         Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.        Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.        Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.        Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.    Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.At least five years of human resource management experience required.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.     Physical Requirements The physical requirements listed in this section include, but are not limited, to the motor/physical abilities and skills require of position to successfully undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodations may be made to empower individuals with disabilities to undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.Travel 10-15%   Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, color, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
