What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transactional Copyright Associate/Attorney for Music Industry Practice position at VOYlegal?
We are working directly with a well-regarded, Chambers ranked, AmLaw100 firm's Copyright, Music and Entertainment team to find an attorney with
four (4) years or more
experience negotiating and drafting agreements and managing transactions and other projects from start to finish.
Candidates must have proficiency with copyright law, attention to detail, the ability to excel as a team member and independently and the vision to craft creative solutions to difficult problems. Experience licensing, buying and / or selling music or other intellectual property assets is essential. Work experience with music and entertainment matters is highly desirable.
