Position Overview : We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Sales Executive with a proven track record in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business with large enterprise customers. As a key player on our team, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while developing and executing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys the challenge of penetrating new markets, and excels in building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their unique challenges.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer needs and support the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to C-level executives.
- Accurately forecast and report on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance using Salesforce.
