Position Overview :

Our Palmetto branch is seeking to hire a Branch Administrator with a strong focus on customer service, reception, invoicing, lean releases, indexing, and receiving administrative work. This role is integral to supporting the branch’s day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless processes for both our internal teams and customers.

We are looking for high performers who are forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and team oriented. Qualified candidates will be organized self-starters with excellent communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service by professionally greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
  • Process and manage invoicing, lean releases, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee receiving administrative functions, including accurate data entry, ensuring all inventory receipts are processed correctly, and collaborating with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Index daily orders and other necessary accounting paperwork for accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with processing customer orders, including addressing missing information as needed.
  • Ensure the branch’s workflow remains efficient through timely and accurate administrative support.
  • Support branch staff by managing and organizing administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role.
  • Experience with receiving processes or inventory management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with dependable daily transportation to the branch location.
  • Work Environment / Physical Demands :

    This position operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

    While the role is largely sedentary, occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 25 pounds may be required.
